Digital installations · events and showrooms

Digital installations that attract attention, explain better and capture interest.

At a trade fair, in a showroom, a museum or an event, attention spans are short. A digital installation has to catch the eye, guide the interaction and leave a clear message. Turning on a screen is not enough: it takes direction across content, UX, space and objective.

What it includes

  • Experience concept for trade fairs, events, showrooms, museums and retail
  • Screens, touchwalls, totems, video loops, interactive paths and immersive content
  • UX/UI for public use, short dwell times and simple navigation
  • Content: video, 3D, images, copy, maps, timelines, catalogues and storytelling
  • Lead capture, forms, QR codes, calls to action and CRM integration where needed
  • Coordination with brand identity, stand design, physical materials and event communications
  • Technical support, testing, content updates and format adaptations

When you really need it

When a physical space has to do more than host people: it has to tell a story, engage, explain, sell or turn a visit into a commercial relationship.

Budget and feasibility

First we define scope, priorities and responsibilities.

Every service is assessed on goals, complexity, content, integrations, urgency and the level of support required. After an initial review we propose a sustainable route proportionate to the value you expect.

From physical presence to brand experience

The right installation makes a space easier to read and easier to remember.

Screens and content need a path: attract, explain, invite interaction and move the visitor towards a next action.

01Attention

Visuals, movement, interaction and positioning within the space all help stop people in their tracks.

02Understanding

Well-organised content makes the product, the service, the story or the exhibition route clearer.

03Interaction

Touch, QR codes, configurators, maps and guided choices get the visitor involved.

04Leads and follow-up

Where needed, the experience can capture contacts, preferences or requests to pass on to the team.

Method

A digital installation has to be designed together with the space.

We assess footfall, viewing distance, average dwell time, noise, lighting, hardware, content, commercial objective and post-event management.

Trade fairs and events

Experiences that set the stand apart and turn interest into better-qualified conversations.

Showrooms and retail

Digital paths for presenting catalogues, variants, materials, products and configurations.

Museums and culture

Installations that make archives, stories, places and multimedia content more accessible.

Useful FAQs

Frequently asked questions about digital installations.

Answers to help you design digital experiences that work in events, showrooms and exhibition spaces.

Where do you start with a digital installation?

From the space, the audience, the objective and the content. Only then do we define hardware, interface, format and level of interaction.

Do you need specific hardware?

It depends on the project: monitors, touchwalls, totems, large screens, tablets or solutions the client already owns. Hardware is chosen on the basis of the experience.

Can you collect contacts?

Yes, if that is part of the plan. We can integrate forms, QR codes, CTAs or CRM connections to turn the interaction into leads or follow-up.

Does the content have to be new?

Not always. We can reuse existing images, video, 3D and copy where they fit, or work out what needs producing to make the experience stronger.

Is it useful after the event too?

Yes. Content and interfaces can be adapted for the website, a showroom, social media, presentations or future events.

How do you avoid the “screen on and nothing else” effect?

With clear direction: message, path, interaction, visual rhythm, CTAs and content designed for the physical context.
