What we collect
Form request
Name, email, phone if you provide it, the content of your message, the page you wrote from, date and time. We also record the IP address and browser type to protect the form from automated submissions.
Conversation with the assistant
The text you write to the assistant and its answers are stored on our own servers to reply to you and to improve the answers. It is not a third-party service: the conversation stays in our system.
Visits to the site
Only if you accept: pages viewed, where the visit came from and how long it lasted, through Google Analytics 4. Before you accept, no measurement cookie is stored.
Why we process it
To answer your request
Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the security of the form, our legitimate interest in protecting it from abuse (art. 6(1)(f)).
To measure how the site is used
Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent we measure nothing and store no identifiers. You can withdraw it at any time.
Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising cookies, we do not profile anyone and we do not sell data. This is the complete list of what the site stores in your browser.
Necessary
The choice you make on this notice (wng_consent in the browser's local storage) and your text-size preference. These are not cookies and need no consent: without them the site would not remember your choice.
Measurement — consent only
Google Analytics 4 (identifier G-6JJH3GPDBQ): cookies _ga and _ga_6JJH3GPDBQ, lasting up to 13 months, to count visits and see which pages work. They stay off until you press “Accept”.
Nothing else
No social network pixels, no advertising tools, no cross-site tracking.
How to change your choice. The banner only appears if you have not chosen yet. To change your mind, clear this site's data from your browser (in local storage: wng_consent): the request comes back on reload and measurement restarts only if you accept again.
Who receives it and how long we keep it
Recipients
Our hosting provider, for the site to run. Google Ireland Ltd. for measurement (when you consent), with standard contractual safeguards for any transfer outside the European Union. Nobody else: requests and conversations stay between us and you.
Retention
Form requests: up to 24 months. Conversations with the assistant: up to 12 months. Measurement data: according to Google Analytics 4 retention (up to 14 months). After those periods the data is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing. Just write to info@webngo.net: we reply within one month. If you believe the processing does not follow the rules, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
