Useful FAQs
Frequently asked questions about AI chatbots and virtual assistants.
Practical answers on data, CRM, boundaries, privacy, content and the quality of conversations.
Can an AI chatbot replace the sales team?
No, and it should not. It can, however, gather information, answer basic questions, qualify the lead and prepare a more useful contact for the sales team.
What content can it answer from?
It can work with FAQs, website pages, catalogues, documents, procedures, product sheets and approved content. The tidier the knowledge base, the better the answers.
Can it save leads into the CRM?
Yes, if the CRM or company system allows it through a form, an API or an integration. We can store data, the conversation summary and the service requested.
How do we handle privacy and consent?
The flow has to state purpose, consent and data processing where required. We can also limit which information is requested and stored.
What happens if the assistant cannot answer?
It must have clear fallbacks: ask for clarification, offer a human contact or save the request for the team. It must never invent answers.
Can it be installed on a landing page, or only on the website?
It can be installed on a website, landing page, portal, client area or specific pages, as long as the flow matches the goal of that page.
