Experiences and itineraries
Visits and experiences, villa stays, wellbeing and outdoor activities: the catalogue tells the story of life in the villa on several registers, in an ordered and navigable way.
For the Associazione per le Ville Venete APS we built the institutional website, the member management platform and a content management system where villa owners publish their own experiences, coordinated by the Association.
For more than forty years the Associazione per le Ville Venete APS has brought together hundreds of Ville Venete, with the aim of supporting, enhancing, transmitting and promoting the Civiltà di Villa — the culture of the villa.
Web’nGO gave this ecosystem a digital form through several connected tools: the institutional website devoted to Ville Venete tourism, a member management platform, and a content management system designed to make the Association and the owners work together.

It is a non-profit association run by villa owners and representatives: a body recognised by the IRVV and by the Veneto and Friuli regions.
The same model that makes a tourism system such as the Châteaux de la Loire so recognisable: a digital ecosystem with a large pool of visits and tourism interest.
This is not a website run by the office alone: it is a platform where villa owners upload their own experiences directly, while the Association coordinates them, organises them and brings them into a coherent system.
Visits and experiences, villa stays, wellbeing and outdoor activities: the catalogue tells the story of life in the villa on several registers, in an ordered and navigable way.
The events platform lets visitors search experiences by province, thematic category and day: a tool that handles high volumes of visits without losing clarity.
Website and platform work naturally on desktop and mobile: because tourists search, decide and book from a smartphone too.
The most visible part of the project is the Giornata delle Ville Venete: a long weekend when hundreds of Ville Venete across Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia open their doors and tell their story through experiential activities. Visits with the owners, tastings, readings, family workshops, green and wellbeing experiences.
A dedicated microsite that, for the event, gathers a great many experiences in one place, organises them by theme and area and makes them bookable: a system designed to sustain tourism interest on a large scale.

17 and 18 October 2026: the current edition of the event, presented with a dedicated platform.
Experiences in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, from Belluno to Udine, from Verona to Trieste.
Heritage, Green, Family, Wine & Food, Dream, Wellbeing, Vita di Villa (villa life), Paesaggio (landscape) and “E se piove?” (what if it rains?).
The value of this project lies in its systemic logic. This is not a showcase website but a digital tourism infrastructure: several owners publishing, an association coordinating, a broad public searching for and booking experiences. A distributed content management model, able to grow the visibility of the whole heritage and to sustain a steady pool of visits and interest.
Institutional website, member platform, content and event management: different tools connected to one another, with a coherent and recognisable identity.
Filters by area, category and day are designed to handle a large pool of visits concentrated in the days of the event, without losing quality of experience.
