Information totem and touch quiz
The route opens with the information totem and the touch quiz: you learn by playing, alone or in threes, before entering the halls.
The first major experiential museum in Puglia. Web'nGO TopTouch delivered the experiential, educational and immersive side: the content, the stations and the immersive room, from the first idea to the halls going live.
In Salento, xylella wiped out millions of olive trees: a landscape that seemed eternal, which one generation had to rebuild. The museum comes from there — from a company, Primoljo, that chose to tell the story of rebirth instead of enduring it. Opened in Casarano on Sunday 20 September 2026, the Sensory and Educational Olive Oil Museum is not a museum of display cases: it is a route of experiences and storytelling. You enter through the “Olive Tree Way” and walk through farming memory, production and the changing landscape, up to the guided tasting. From the following day it is open to the public by reservation.
Web'nGO TopTouch delivered the experiential, educational and immersive side: the content, the stations, the immersive hall and the way the story becomes an experience.

The information totem and the touch quiz open the visit: you learn by playing, alone or in threes. On the touch wall you make oil inside the stone mill — the machinery, the heat, the time of the pressing — guided by the museum mascots, Atena and Primula the little owl. Then the VR stations and, at the end, the immersive hall.
The choice of language is stated by the project itself: the history of olive growing must not remain a subject for specialists or for those who lived it directly. It has to reach schools and new generations, exactly as the Salento landscape is changing face.
The interactive stations and the immersive hall are not devices switched on: they are content built specifically for this museum. Every station has a precise job — welcome, play, tell, immerse — and every piece of content was written and edited for these halls.
The route opens with the information totem and the touch quiz: you learn by playing, alone or in threes, before entering the halls.
On the touch wall the visitor steps into the stone mill — the machinery, the heat, the time of the pressing — guided by Atena and the museum's little owl Primula.
You step into the underground oil mill, the one not everyone can visit in person any more, and walk through it with your own eyes.
The hall everyone remembers: 5×5 metres and 3.60 metres high, with mirrored floor and ceiling. The projectors sit at the centre of the hall, where the light reaches the surfaces with maximum transparency and the fewest shadows: 7,000 ANSI lumens each, so floor reflections do not wash out the image.
From concept to delivery: a project of great national and international standing, managed by the whole Web'nGO TopTouch team.
What a project, what an adventure! Thanks to Fernando, to Carla and to the whole Primiceri family for the trust they placed in us: they entrusted us with their dream and we built it together with them, piece by piece, for a whole year. Thanks to Francesca Testa, who curated the entire museum and who immediately trusted our proposal and our experience — thank you: it was a challenge and a joy. Primoljo Experience, where all of us received the compliments of Agriculture Minister Francesco Lollobrigida — who opened the evening with a video message — and of all the authorities present: the Puglia Region, Confindustria, the Italian Farmers Association, academia and the credit world. We are as proud as it gets: this museum proves that when technology has a soul, people feel it. The first experiential olive oil museum in Italy also carries our name, and we carry it with our heads held high.Fabio Visentin — CEO and founder of Web'nGO TopTouch
